Uzor Henrietta Okonmah

Uzor is a meta-Leader with over Sixteen (16) years of experience in solving complex problems in the public and private sectors in mainly Healthcare, Insurance and Technology subsectors. Uzor brings her innovative and business expertise actively to establishing new partnerships and guiding clients in making best decisions to meet desired outcomes. She is currently a Partner at Lauren Parker limited – a Professional Services company providing Consulting and Advisory services in Strategy Formulation, Business Process Management, Optimization and Improvement. She currently has projects with numerous government agencies establishing sustainable healthcare solutions with appropriate financing models especially in Primary Healthcare. Her work in Edo state has led to a nine fold reduction in maternal mortality and perhaps Nigeria’s most successful Public-Private Partnership for Health with the Edo Specialist Hospital.

Uzor is also the CEO of Famacare – a network of efficient clinics delivering Africa’s solution to the gapping Primary healthcare delivery challenge. She designed and deployed the framework for Nigeria’s first fully integrated health information management solution – Smarthealth and facilitated the acquisition and creation of the Health Technology company with the highest market share in Nigeria- eClat Healthcare- An Interswitch subsidiary. Uzor has a certificate from Harvard University in Leading in Healthcare Systems. She has a Masters in Health Economics and Management from the University of Sheffield, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the renowned University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is CPHIMS certified and a certified Product Manager. She is a lean six sigma green belter.

She is a member of the International Health Economics Association, Health Information & Management Systems Society and Association of International Product Marketing and Management. Uzor enjoys travel, music and capacity building.
